If you come to this site often, you probably have already noticed that I’ve changed this site’s theme a number of times over the past month. I’ve had a tough time deciding on which theme to use. It seems like I always find something wrong with each theme that I try and however, I am too lazy to go and fix what I don’t like.
I’m currently using a theme called MW. Let me know if you are having any problems with it…..
WordPress 2.0.2 was released some time today. This release is mainly a security release so anybody with a WordPress blog should consider upgrading. Changes for this relase can be viewed here.
I just finished upgrading all of my WordPress sites: TiVoBlog.com, RaianoFamily.net & this site. At first I wasn’t going to upgrade RaianoFamily because of the problems I normally have with WPG2 and an upgrade. Being the big geek that I am, I wouldn’t have been able to live with having two of my blogs use WP 2.0.2 while RaianoFamily was on 2.0.1. So, needless to say I bit the bullet and upgraded RaianoFamily. Let me know if you have any problems…
My blog dedicated to TiVo was mentioned in this month’s issue of the New York magazine. I went to Barnes & Nobles to get a copy of it however, for some reason they didn’t have any (the sales associate told me to come back later). If anybody subscribes to this magazine let me know so that I can get a copy of it.
…You buy your own adsense ad :). Do a Google search for Alex Raiano and you will see what I am talking about (notice the right hand ad).
Why would I do this you ask? Why not ;).
Update 01/17/06: I just finished updating TiVoBlog to Wordpress 2.0. I haven’t found any problems as of yet. Being the big geek that I am, I just couldn’t wait any longer ;).
Update: I’ve decided to hold off on upgrading TiVoBlog.com to wordress 2.0 until one of my most favorite plugins fixes a problem it is having with the latest build of wordpress.
I think I may upgrade my TiVo website (TiVoBlog.com) to Wordpress 2.0 tonight. I haven’t upgraded the site yet because I wanted to make sure that I didn’t run into any problems with this site and my family site. I really like the new WYSIWYG editor and the ability to add new categories when you are putting together a post. Also the ability to easily upload pictures is really nice. This would have helped me last night when I put up pictures of the new Series3 TiVo at CES. Stay tuned…

I just upgraded to WordPress 2.0! I was a little concerned about doing this so I’ve only upgraded this site so far. I’ll probably wait to upgrade my other sites once I make sure everything is running fine here. If you find any problems please let me know.
