  1. Getting Back Into Running After Being Lazy Over The Winter - AlexRaiano.com | All Things Alex Raiano… Says:

[...] After being lazy of the winter and not running at all, I am finally getting back into running.  In case you haven’t noticed, I’ve already planned out the rest of the summer and the races that I will be taking part in.  My goal is to get up to 36 miles/month by May.  For anybody who runs a lot, this might not seem like a lot of miles however, taking the winter off really destroyed my ability to run.  I’m taking part in the Fort to Fort run tomorrow but, I’m not doing the 6 mile run.  Instead I am only going to do the 5K.  I’ll post my results and possibly some pictures tomorrow after the race.
