After being lazy during the winter and not running at all, I am finally getting back into running. In case you haven’t noticed, I’ve already planned out the rest of the summer and the races that I will be taking part in. My goal is to get up to 36 miles/month by May. For anybody who runs a lot, this might not seem like a lot of miles however, taking the winter off really destroyed my ability to run.

Tomorrow I’m running in the Fort to Fort run.  I would have liked to do the 6 mile race however, since I haven’t trained enough I am going to do the 5K race. I’ll post my results and possibly some pictures tomorrow after the race.

Duke just lost to LSU so it looks like my NCAA bracket is done . Damn it!

I think I’ve decided on my next TV. After doing a lot of research and reading up on HDTVs, I’ve decided on the Panasonic TH-50PX60U. From what I’ve read Panasonic produces the best plasma TVs on the market. I haven’t purchased it yet but I think I will once we move into the new house. Stay tuned for more info….

Today I convinced Craig that he should use WordPress for the JustBreatheYoga website. I think that he is finally starting to understand why I talk about WordPress so much. In fact, I even got him running WordPress on a thumb drive so that he can make changes from anywhere. It must be nice to have a geek like me as a friend…. .

Craig is the second person that I convinced to use WordPress. Jim was my first .

If you come to this site often, you probably have already noticed that I’ve changed this site’s theme a number of times over the past month. I’ve had a tough time deciding on which theme to use. It seems like I always find something wrong with each theme that I try and however, I am too lazy to go and fix what I don’t like.

I’m currently using a theme called MW. Let me know if you are having any problems with it…..

I just cleared out 59 spam comments from my Akismet queue on TiVoBlog.com. It’s so nice to have a comment spam plugin installed. I remember when I use to run WordPress 1.2 without a comment spam plugin. I use to have to come home each day and remove 10-20 comments because they were spam! Long live WordPress comment spam plugins!
